To combat cybercrime, fraud, and hacking while protecting privacy, public morals, and critical economic and financial infrastructure, government officials need to impose restrictions on freedom of information, so governments need to engage with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to identify Ways to ensure that standards for controlling information across borders are consistent with the goals of a globally interoperable internet and function effectively across countries and systems.
